After It Airs (SPN 2/3)

Supernatural
Season 7 Episode 13 - The Slice Girls

Summary (courtesy of The CW):
Sam and Dean investigate a case where the victims' hands and feet have been severed and each have been branded with a strange symbol. While Sam does some research at a local university, Dean heads to one of his favorite places to investigate – the town bar. Dean strikes up a conversation with a local named Lydia (guest star Sara Canning, "The Vampire Diaries"), and the two go back to her place. Sam discovers the symbol on the bodies is a sign of Amazon warriors. Jerry Wanek directed the episode written by Eugenie Ross-Leming & Brad Buckner.

Extra Special Fun Addition:
Big thanks to Carina for this great interview with Jared & Jensen. Love me some video :) And it's only Part 1!

Favorite Episode Quotes (love how they are all Dean's, except the last one):
Dean: I’m honoring the guy, alright. This is grief therapy, kind of like you and your wild goose chase.
Dean: When his field includes things that go bump in the night, he’s gonna be worth the breath we just wasted.
Dean: I have been eating at the buffet of strange all afternoon.
Dean: I was at her place. There was no playpens, no blankets, no rubber ducks. That’s the first thing you notice: red flags.
Dean: I know weird. There is no non-weird explanation for this. This morning Emma was a baby, by sunset she’s Hannah Montana, early years.
Dean: Looking through Bobby’s files is like dumpster diving.
Dean: Newsflash pal, you’re just as screwed up as I am. You’re just bigger.
Sam: I don’t care how you deal. I really, really don’t. But just don’t get killed.

Favorite Episode Quotes:
Elena: I refuse to believe your luck with women is that tragic.
Damon: Ah, makes me nostalgic for the time Stefan was a bunny-sucking pacifist.
Damon: Elijah, my favorite Original, back from the dead.
Damon: Oh yeah. ‘Dear Elijah, Let’s get together about the destruction of your brother. X-O, X-O...
Stefan: Did you ask Damon if he killed anybody lately?
Damon: We're just buying some time before my wicked witches find a way to pop it open.
Klaus: We can sit and eat, or I can reach down your throats and pull out your insides. The choice is yours.
Damon: I thought we agreed we would leave the grumpy Stefan at home!
Damon: Hey, Stef. Remember when you killed Dad? Might want to dial down the judgment until dessert.
Caroline: I hate him so much for what he did to me. So much! Now all I do is want to save his life.
Stefan: Wait a minute. You both loved the same girl?
Klaus: Each one of you truly believes that you’re the one that can protect her, and that is simply a delusion.
Klaus: Gentlemen, the worst thing for Elena Gilbert is the two of you.
Matt: It’s this town. It’s messed up.
Klaus: You see, what she needs right now is to be rid of you lot. And to fall in love with a human -- maybe that nice football player? You know, the blond one. / Damon: Matt Donovan, really?
Elijah: You’re free to go. This is family business.
Stefan: I love her, Damon. / Damon: So do I.
Original Mother/Witch: Niklaus, you are my son, and I am here to forgive you. I want us to be a family again.

Sundancing

I haven't been able to do any of my blog posts for the past two weeks due to the craziness of my work schedule. This craziness was due to...Sundance Film Festival 2012. Yep, I went to Park City Utah for a week to attend one of the biggest film festivals - complete with celeb sightings and gifting suites, and of course movies!

The company I work for, CW3PR in West Hollywood, participated in Sundance for the second time with a VIP gifting lounge that took over almost the whole Sky Lodge Hotel on Park City's Main Street.  Our suite featured brands like Patron, tarte cosmetics, Vanity Girl Hollywood, Remix Watches, Paul Mitchell, and a great photo op by celebrity photographer John Ganun. During the day celebrities came into our lounge to visit with the vendors and get fabulous gifts, and at night parties took place in our space and brought many more of the rich and famous.

Though it was a crazy busy weekend, we were able to hit up other parties on Sunday night, and made our way to the HBO party followed by TAO, which was a huge party that took place in a parking garage, though you wouldn't know it because of the massive redecorating that took place.

I saw a ton of celebrities, big and small, but here is a list of a few of them: Ryan Kwanten (yes, he is that beautiful in person), Emily Blunt, James Marsden, Isla Fisher, Justin Long, Liv Tyler, Seth Rogen, Aziz Ansari, Elizabeth Olsen (probably the most sweetest girl alive), Paris Hilton, Andrew Keegan, Catherine Hardwicke, Ty Burrell, Kate Bosworth, Lake Bell, Britt Robertson, and so many more!!
